About Meditation

If we tend to examine our life we are going to discover that almost all of our time and energy is dedicated to mundane activities, like seeking material and emotional security, enjoying sensory pleasures, or establishing a decent name. though these items will create U.S. happy for a brief time, they’re not capable to produce the deep lasting happiness that we tend to long for. Sooner or later our happiness turns into discontentment, and that we realize ourselves engaged within the pursuit of a lot of worldly pleasures. Directly or indirectly, worldly pleasures cause U.S. mental and physical suffering by stimulating attachment, jealousy, and frustration. Moreover, seeking to fulfil our own wishes usually bring U.S. into conflict with others.
